Day 01: Arrival in Colombo / Transfer to Bentota / Overnight in Bentota

Private transfer from Bandaranaike International Airport to a boutique beachfront wellness resort in Bentota. Begin the retreat with sunset yoga on the beach, followed by a peaceful dinner by the water.

Day 02: Bentota - Coastal Wellness Immersion / Overnight in Bentota

Morning sunrise yoga session. Personalised Ayurvedic consultation and full-body herbal treatment. Afternoon mindful coastal walk. Evening meditation on the beach.

Day 03: Bentota to Tangalle - Secluded Beach Wellness / Overnight in Tangalle

Drive along the southern coast to Tangalle, taking in scenic cliffs and palm-lined beaches. Afternoon beach meditation and mindful swimming. Sunset breathwork session.

Day 04: Tangalle - Holistic Ocean Wellness / Overnight in Tangalle

Morning yoga on a quiet beach. Afternoon Ayurvedic or spa therapy. Guided coastal or mangrove nature walk. Evening sound therapy session by the ocean.

Day 05: Tangalle to Mirissa - Surf & Mindfulness / Overnight in Mirissa

Day 06: Mirissa - Turtle Conservation & Ocean Connection / Overnight in Mirissa

Day 07: Mirissa to Ella - Transfer to the Highlands / Overnight in Ella

Drive from the coast to Ella in the central highlands. Afternoon forest immersion, herbal foot therapy or aromatherapy, and guided evening meditation.

Day 08: Ella - Yoga & Nature Exploration / Overnight in Ella

Sunrise yoga session followed by a hike to Little Adam’s Peak with guided breathing and mindfulness exercises. Afternoon wellness treatments such as Reiki or sound therapy. Evening herbal tea ritual and meditation.

Day 09: Ella - Tea Plantation & Mindful Practices / Overnight in Ella

Day 11: Nuwara Eliya - Mindful Highland Activities / Overnight in Nuwara Eliya

Day 12: Nuwara Eliya to Colombo - Return to Coastal Calm / Overnight in Colombo
